    Evacuation plans are required for premises which are frequented by members of the public (such as places of public entertainment for example), especially if they do not have a direct path of egress to the street. Some Insurance Underwriters are also making these a requirement for commercial buildings that have a large number of people visiting on a daily basis (such as Professional Centres, e.g. medical office suites).

  • FIRE SERVICES BLOCK PLANS

    Engraved plans are required to be installed at the front of the building and pump room where there is a hydrant system installed with a booster assembly. They allow the Victorian Fire Brigade to quickly identify the number and locations of any hydrants, hose reels and stop valves, discover the pressure/flow rate of the booster as well as highlight any hazards such as gas mains, stored volatile materials etc.

    It is the building owners obligation to ensure a Essential Safety Measures Report (ESMR) is prepared annually to comply with Building Regulation 2006. This task can be delegated to a third party. Integral Fire can provide a ESMR on behalf of the building owner.
